The Sonoran Desert
In developing Parch™, we studied ancient beverages, rituals and botanical infusions across Mexico and the Southwestern US, drawing inspiration from traditional plant-based beverages enjoyed as alternatives to alcohol. Our distinctive adult beverages are inspired by the Sonoran Desert and the lush biodiversity it keeps. Each sip offers complex flavors from unique pairings of desert ingredients, based on the ethos that “what grows together, goes together."
1% to the desert
We have partnered with ethno-botanist Jesus Garcia at The Mission Garden in Tucson Arizona to donate 1% of our profits to help support their mission of maintaining the lush biodiversity of the sonoran desert.
The garden contains over a dozen distinct multi-cultural, ethno-agricultural heritage plots,each representing one of the many ethnic groups that farmed the Tucson basin over the last four millennia. Crops from these plots have proven to be productive, sustainable and well-adapted to this clmate and location.

The Parch Effect
Our bespoke blend of active adaptogens were chosen by our naturopathic doctor to work symbiotically with your body’s natural functions. Each can contains 185mg of our custom blend of Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, American Ginseng. We call this ‘The Parch Effect’. To ensure greatest efficacy, all our adaptogens are sustainably-sourced, Self-affirmed GRAS and/or GRAS-certified by the FDA.
The Parch Process
Mexican Blue Weber Agave piñas are roasted and pressed
Aguamiel extract transformed into agave nectar and inulin plant fiber
Infused with agave bitters and 10+ desert botanicals, fruit, herbs and roots
Hand-selected botanical distillates are rested on wood* (spirits only)
Parch liquids are carefully blended with proprietary selection of active adaptogens
Sonoran Sea Salt
We use native, sustainable & mineral-rich Sonoran Sea Salt which enhances the depth, complexity and taste of our cocktails whilst also celebrating our ethos & recipe philosophy 'what grows together goes together'. This Sea Salt is harvested at an inland lagoon located in a remote and pristine estuary on the Sea of Cortez in Baja California, one of the most biologically diverse and mineral-rich bodies of water on earth.
At PARCH we believe everyone (regardless of if they drink alcohol or not) deserves great tasting, carefully crafted, complex beverages blended in harmony with nature. We created PARCH as a refreshing, curious and credible alternative to alcohol by replacing ethanol with active adaptogens for a healthier approach to stress relief, indulgence and enjoyment.
